The Hedonist Sangiovese 2015

It may be a fine line, but to increase pleasure and reduce pain is the aim to The Hedonist. with this in mind, I have let an age old miracle of fermentation occur with the minimum of interference to produce this sumptuous sauvignon. Concentrated red cherry and a hint of cinnamon spice fashioned this savoury delight. Firm tannin structure gives length while the rich texture creates a bright and opulent mouth feel.
