Les Hauts De Bel air Bordeaux Sauvignon 2017

Bordeaux is the largest wine producing region in France and is home to some seriously fabulous white wines. These wines are mostly blends and are composed primarily of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc followed by Muscadelle and a few others.

White Bordeaux is usually lightly oaked and often possesses vibrant acidity and elegant citrus notes that lean toward white grapefruit. These brilliant whites are exquisite when paired with scallops, roast chicken and tarragon, asparagus quiche or salads with shaved fennel.
