Jordan Stellenbosch Cold Fact 2017

Cold Fact Sauvignon Blanc 2017, from south-facing vineyards, grown at 410m above sea-level, exudes aromatics of blackcurrant leaf & ripe cape fig balanced by a complex fruit structure and sweet Provençale herbs on the finish.

Jordan is a family-owned estate, situated at the upper end of Stellenbosch Kloof, where a select range is produced from classic varieties.

It is a cold fact that the technique of searching for and crushing our ripest Sauvignon Blanc grapes, then chilling them overnight on the skins, extracts and intensifies the tropical flavours of this highly aromatic grape Variety.
