Ferrandierre Vignobles Chardonnay 2017

Situated between the Montagne Noire and Pyrenean Piedmont, the Domaine Ferrandiere nestles on the bed of an old salt water lagoon. This unique soil is the perfect environment for vine growing and nurtures a special freshness and taste in our wine.

Colour - Straw yellow. Full-bodied and flavour.

Nose - Intense and very complex nose of Pineapple, Lychees, Peaches and Apricots.

Palate - Full-bodied and flavourful on the palate.

Food pairing - Served between 12c - 13c, not to cold, and let the wine breathe or decant it before serving. Goes well with spicy and exotic cooking and can also stand alone as a cocktail wine.
