Densely ruby, fading to a fimly garnet rim. Effusive and highly complex, packed with black cherry, black currant, smoke, leather, cracked peppercorn, tobacco, and vanillin. Amazingly, this is both fleshy and forward while remaining taut and focused, with black cherry, smoked meat, and exotic spice flavours on the palate. A wine that will appeal equally to fans of bold powerful reds and enthusiasts of restrained, savoury wines.

Goes well with red meat, soft cheese and hard cheese.
