Cottonworth Sparkling Rose

The chalk soil and temperate microclimate ensure the best conditions for growing grapes of exceptional quality. This wine is a blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Pinot precoce which join forces to produce a magnificent display of red summer fruit aromas beautifully balanced on a subtle backdrop of Vanilla.

It is a very pale pink colour and very fine bead. The bouquet shows aromas of red summer fruits (Strawberry, Cherry) and hint of apple. There are more red fruit flavours on the palate with good minerality and acidity. An excellent clean and fresh Rose with a refreshing finish.
