Chameleon Jordan Stellenbosch 2017

Jordan is a family-owned estate, situated at the upper end of Stellenbosch Kloof, where a select range is produced from classic varieties. In African folklore, the chameleon is believed to have magical powers. The gardens at Jordan are home to many Cape Dwarf Chameleons, inspiring the name for this intriguing range of wines.

This blend displays the chameleon-like changing characteristics of zesty Sauvignon Blanc balanced by intense, citrusy Chardonnay. Extended lees contact adds a creamy richness to the long tropical fruit finish.
