This amazing Chardonnay comes from our own Vineyards in the cool weather Casablanca Valley.

Pale straw in colour. On the nose aroma of walnut, ripe pear and quince dominate. In the mouth a citrus backbone is fleshed out by ample mineral notes finishing with very subtle Smokey/woody note. A bright, zesty acidity imparts excellent structure and length.
